Bedroom Amenities:

All bedrooms are en-suite mostly with a shower over the bath, but two have a bath only and two have a shower only!  There are tea/coffee making facilities, TV’s with free view, radio alarm and hairdryers.
We are able to wash and dry clothes (for an extra charge).  Iron and ironing board can be borrowed free of charge!
Each room is allocated on a first come, first served basis, but details of the room allocation can be discussed and confirmed upon your reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

A £20.00 per person deposit is required in order for us to confirm your reservation.  This payment can be made by cheque or major credit card (although we do not accept AMEX).
In the event of a cancellation, our policy is to ‘carry over’ the deposit for one year.
